HR Strategic Plan
In 2025, the Office of Human Resources (OHR) refreshed our strategic framework to better align with the university's updated strategic framework. HR leadership developed a draft, which was refined through a series of interactive presentations with leadership across campus and with our internal team. Our work primarily addresses two of the university's areas of strategic focus: a vibrant and engaged global community, and institutional agility and resilience.
