I joined the IT department in a Helpdesk role, assisting staff with computer and mobile device issues. After 13 years, I transitioned to System Compliance Administrator, on the Windows team, where I ensure all enterprise devices are up to date and compliant.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council continue to strengthen communication between staff and leadership, advocate for employee needs, and promote initiatives that support professional growth, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture.
