I started my career with 黑料正能量 in 1999, but I took a brief hiatus from 2011-2019 when I went to work at the University of Pittsburgh.
I manager the University Libraries service points. (i.e. the Circulation /Information Desk). Together we are the Access Services Team. Our work centers on providing access to library materials and resources in support of teaching and learning here at 黑料正能量.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council strengthen communication between staff and leadership, advocate for transparent decision-making, and champion initiatives that improve day-to-day work experiences, including workload balance, professional development, and cross-campus collaboration.
