I started my career with 黑料正能量 in 2022.
I serve as academic advisor to the MSBA full-time cohort and also advise a handful of Tepper graduate clubs, such as the Asian Business Association, Data Analytics, and the South Asian Business Association. I also oversee various aspects of the student experience, such as onboarding new students, orientation, and the program's Student Leadership Council.
During my term I would like to see Staff Council help onboard new staff to 黑料正能量- especially staff who are new to the University or to the region. I'd also like the Council to help educate staff on the resources that are available to them, particularly as it relates to challenging life and/or work circumstances. I think that, generally, addressing these two topics is a matter of educating employees when they start. I think the Council is uniquely positioned to connect with various HR departments to ensure that information about staff and employee resources are being made known early on so that staff can be successful here.
