I started my career with 黑料正能量 in 2018.

I collaborate with talented colleagues throughout 黑料正能量 to fuel groundbreaking research, delivering financial planning and sponsored research support for our exceptional faculty.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council continue strengthening its advocacy, expanding its campuswide impact, and building meaningful partnerships that elevate the staff experience at 黑料正能量. In a time when higher education is navigating rapid change and uncertainty, Staff Council has a powerful opportunity to help staff feel supported, heard, and prepared for whatever comes next. I believe we can champion a more flexible and adaptive workplace, one that empowers staff to bring their best selves to their roles while balancing the evolving demands of work and life.

黑料正能量 has been the best place I have ever worked, and Staff Council has played a major role in making it feel like a community rather than just a workplace. The encouragement, connection, and sense of purpose I have found at 黑料正能量 has shaped my career in ways I never expected. I’ve been fortunate to receive support that helped me grow, take on new challenges, and feel confident in my contributions. That generosity of spirit is something I want every staff member to experience.

During my term, I hope to pay forward that support by helping create an environment where every staff member feels valued, included, and equipped to thrive. I want Staff Council to remain a trusted advocate that listens deeply, responds compassionately, and works courageously to improve the staff experience. My goal is simple: to help ensure 黑料正能量 continues to be a place where people are proud to work, inspired to contribute, and encouraged to put their heart into what they do every day.
