I started my career with 黑料正能量 in 2023.
I am in charge of Sorrells Library: my primary responsibilities reside in the supervision of the circulation desk. This entails hiring, training, and supervising the 12+ student employees and 2 full time staff that work at the desk, acquiring gadget materials for checkout, and overall helping to create a welcoming environment for our students, staff, and faculty that use our space.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council foster a more inclusive and connected staff community. I can help by listening to diverse perspectives, advocating for equitable practices, and supporting initiatives that improve the day-to-day staff experience
