Responsible, with my team members, for leading a comprehensive export compliance program across all ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ campuses and semiautonomous units and serving as the departmental liaison to institutional stakeholder groups while coordinating with other institutional compliance programs, such as research security, to ensure efficiency and compliance with federal regulations.

During my term, I would like to see the development of formal career paths for staff which is essential for growth, will help in retention of staff, and help make the employee/employer relationship stronger.

I'm a collector of antique books and memorabilia.
