Students who live on campus can ship items directly to their SMC mailbox using the appropriate address format. If you cannot pick up a package during business hours, you may request your package be moved to our parcel pickup lockers. Please note that we are unable to participate in student academic projects at this time.
New incoming student's can start shipping items to the SMC address on July 27th.If you have any questions please email us at post-office@andrew.cmu.edu

We are open Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Student move-in August 15th and August 22nd we will be open from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
