Alumni from around the world returned to Pittsburgh for the Tepper School of Business Alumni Reunion Weekend 2026, held April 30鈥揗ay 2. Celebrating milestone classes ending in one and six, the weekend brought together Tepper School graduates to reconnect with classmates, reflect on shared experiences, and celebrate the lasting strength of the community.
Throughout the weekend, more than 450 alumni and friends participated in a variety of programs designed to inspire conversation and connection. Faculty presentations and panel discussions explored timely topics that included navigating the AI landscape and leadership playbooks for managing change, while campus events offered opportunities to see the school鈥檚 continued evolution firsthand.
鈥淩eunion Weekend is more than just an event鈥攊t is a time each year when our alumni reconnect with classmates and friends and rediscover why their student experience was so life-changing. The exchanges we witness among our graduates over the course of Reunion Weekend are truly special,鈥 said Laura Herr, Senior Director of Development and Alumni Engagement. 鈥淧eople reminisce about late nights studying, evenings at Mario鈥檚, the chaos of looming deadlines, and the lasting impact those small moments continue to have on their lives. There is nothing more meaningful than seeing alumni embrace after time apart. And so, this weekend demonstrates the enduring strength of our community.鈥
Reunion Weekend also introduced several new traditions and experiences, including the inaugural Golden Circle Dinner honoring the 50th Reunion Class (Class of 1976). The evening acknowledged the significance of those years and the lasting impact alumni have made on the school and on one another through decades of connection, while celebrating the Golden Circle community as a foundation of the Tepper School鈥檚 legacy and continued momentum. The weekend also featured a new 鈥淢emory Lane鈥 exhibit and opening reception on Thursday evening, where alumni gathered to reconnect and explore memorabilia spanning the histories of GSIA and the Tepper School as the weekend began.
鈥淭he Golden Circle Dinner was a meaningful opportunity to recognize alumni whose connection to the Tepper School and GSIA has endured for more than 50 years,鈥 said Jonathan Stern, Associate Dean of Advancement. 鈥淚t was wonderful to see alumni reuniting with fellow classmates while engaging in the faculty talks, programs, building tours, and conversations throughout the weekend.鈥
Also held during Reunion, the Tepper School Alumni Awards ceremony honored the remarkable accomplishments of several alumni who have made a significant impact in their fields and within the Tepper School network. The awards, presented by the Tepper School Alumni Board, recognize individuals who embody the values of innovation, leadership, and service that define the Tepper School experience.
