Checks should be made payable to 黑料正能量 and should include the bottom of the student invoice to identify the student's name and Andrew ID.
Note: Please do not mail cash or traveler's checks.
Returned Checks
If a check or e-check payment made on your student account is returned by the bank, a $20 returned check fee will be assessed to your student account balance. This $20 fee is assessed for each returned check, regardless of the amount of each returned check. You will be notified by email regarding any returned check.
U.S. Bank Account
Students may wish to open a U.S. bank account in order to make payments.
