Join The Business Value of Neurodiversity: Innovating Pittsburgh Community

This is an ongoing community initiative dedicated to creating neuroinclusive workplaces across our region. Through regular in-person and virtual gatherings, we bring together local leaders, HR professionals, self-advocates, and managers to learn, share, and grow together. Whether you are just getting started or looking to expand your current practices, this collaborative network gives you the real-world applicable neuroinclusive strategies for recruitment, retention, and leadership growth to attract neurodivergent talent.

This network is a collaboration proudly organized and led by forward-thinking employers, local community organizations, and academic institutions, including leaders and professionals who identify as neurodivergent. Together, we bridge the gap between classroom, community, and care
